Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Chairman of the Board of Directors of the FESCO Transport Group (Russia) Andrey Severilov met with representatives of Uzbekistan Temir Yollari and Uzjeldorcontainer during an official visit to Uzbekistan.

The parties agreed to develop container transportation between Uzbekistan and Russia and work on new transit routes to China and Turkey, the press service of the Russian company said in a statement.

The parties also agreed to create direct container traffic between Tashkent and Moscow.

The possibilities of FESCO's participation in the development of transport infrastructure and digitalization of logistics in Uzbekistan were discussed.
