Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 12 November, the first political consultations between Uzbekistan and Denmark took place in a video conference format. Representatives from the relevant departments of the foreign ministries of both countries participated in the talks.
During the consultations, the sides discussed key issues related to activating and expanding multifaceted cooperation between Uzbekistan and Denmark.
Special attention was given to trade, economic, and investment sectors, humanitarian ties, as well as the development of transport and logistics infrastructure. The interaction between the two countries on the international stage was also addressed.
As a result of the negotiations, an agreement was reached to jointly work on exchange visits at various levels, the establishment of a modern legal framework for bilateral relations, and the organization of the next round of political consultations in 2025 in Tashkent.
