Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In Beijing, the Chairman of the Board of Uzbekistan Temir Yollari JSC Zufar Narzullaev met with the President of the Chinese State Railways Guo Zuhui.

The parties discussed the transportation of goods between China and Uzbekistan by rail, as well as joint projects, including the construction of a new China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway and the development of container transportation.

During the meeting, it was proposed to include the “Chinese State Railways” in the protocol on the route “Uzbekistan-Turkmenistan-Iran-Turkey” and jointly increase the carrying capacity of this corridor.

The parties agreed on regular meetings to strengthen cooperation.
