Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ibragim Abdurakhmanov held a video conference with the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus Sergei Bartosh.

The video conference was attended by representatives of the Committee for the Development of Veterinary Medicine and Livestock Husbandry under the Ministry of Agriculture, research institutes and the Uzbekbaliksanoat Association, as well as officials from Belarus associated with this industry.

Participants in the online meeting discussed the implementation of agreements reached during the visit of the delegation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus to Uzbekistan.

The parties, in particular, discussed the implementation of projects for the production and processing of poultry with the participation of the Servolux company in Tashkent region, the production of dairy products by Savushkin Product LLC in Samarkand region, as well as the organization of testing elite varieties of seed potatoes of Belarusian selection and the introduction of the in vitro.
