The document introduced some changes to the regulation on assignment and payment of the state pensions. In particular, the document amends assignment of pension to mothers with disabled children. Now, study at university will not be included to working stage, as well as leave for children care, etc.

The work in foreign country will be included to experience at calculation of the pension if all necessary insurance fees were paid to off-budget pension fund under the Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan.

The document also introduced other changes. It also allows working pensioners to receive all their pension if their income is less than 187,970 soums, which is minimal size of pension.

Payment of pension to the people, leaving to abroad permanently, can be stopped on their request, the document said. If the pensioner has debt, he/she should pay it and afterwards the person will receive necessary documents.
