According to the document, all consumers of technical oil – legal entities and individuals – should submit used technical oil to special points on changing technical oil or special points on collection of used technical oil.

At the same time, individuals should submit used technical oil to points on changing technical oil, while legal entities should submit used technical oil to used oil collection point or oil changing points, the document said.

The document said that legal entities should have a book, which should be used to record the volume of bought oil, use of technical oil and output of used technical oil.

The document banned to discharge used technical oil to soil or underground waters, or sewage system, burning of used oil. It is also banned to submit used technical oil to organizations, which have no right to collect used technical oil, etc.

The document said that legal entities and points on replacement of technical oil or used oil collection point should sign agreements and points should pay for used oil via wire transfer.

Individuals will receive money in cash for submitted used oil. They also can receive discounts for purchase of new oil or services on replacement of oil.

A reported, Bulgaria’s Prista Oil Holding is creating two enterprises at Angren special industrial zone (SIZ), which will collect and process used technical oil.

Uz-Ecoprotect will collect, store and transport used oils. Uz-Prista Recycling is created on the basis of unused premises of Rezinotekhnika and it will specialize on processing used oil.
