New rules were approved in line with order of the head of State Inspection of Uzbekistan for supervision of security flights. Ministry of Justice registered rules, which are mandatory for all passengers, transported by local airlines.

According to new rules, passengers of the flights should adhere to rules and execute orders of crew captain or its members to ensure security of flights and passengers on board, as well as property, order of rendering services on passenger transportation.

Passengers should take their place in line with their tickets. Crew can move passengers to other places if it is necessary to ensure flight security. It is banned to seat to other places without permission of crew members. Passengers should use belts and luggage should be placed in specially allocated places, Gazeta.uz reported.

In line with rules, it is banned to use drugs, tobacco products, including electronic cigarettes. Passengers cannot drink alcohol products more than the volume offered by airline, including alcohol, purchased at Duty Free shops.

Passengers cannot enter pilots’ cabin and hinder to work of crew, use electronic equipment, take away or damage property of airplane, use emergency equipment without order of crew, etc.

The airlines received right to abolish contract for transportation in any point if there are risks for flight safety, life and health, as well as property of passengers.

The rules said that passengers can request full implementation of transportation agreement from crew. Passengers can also ask crew to take measures against those passengers, who violates public order and create threat to safety, etc.

Persons, who violated rules of passenger behavior on the board of airplane, will be punished in line with the legislation.
