The document was adopted to organize systematic work on attraction of no-string technical aid (grants) to Uzbekistan from international financial and economic institutes, donor countries to realize priority projects in economy and social sectors.

The resolution approve list of projects of no-string technical aid (grants) for 2010, which preliminary agreed with donors, and list of projects, which are under development.

Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investment and Trade, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, governors from Uzbekistan in international financial institutes and interested ministries and organizations were entrusted to carry out necessary procedures on finalization of the projects within the first list.

The state bodies and interested organizations were entrusted to speed up work with donors on finalizing works with financing corresponding projects.

The resolution said Intergovernmental Council on cooperation with international financial institutions and donor-countries, realization of large and strategically important investment projects under Cabinet of Ministers should strengthen work on attracting no-string aid (grant) and targeted use of resources.
