Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On measures to popularize among the population the activities of winners and prize-winners of the Olympic and Paralympic Games" was adopted.

Every year, the Honor of the Country exhibition will be organized to promote the life and work of athletes who have won prizes at the Olympic and Paralympic Games, starting from the XXXII Olympic and XVI Paralympic Games in Tokyo (Japan) in 2021.

In July-August, the exhibition will be held in the settlements where the athletes live, and in October-November in the educational institutions where they studied, including sports and higher educational institutions.

As part of the events, video and photo expositions are organized, as well as “Master classes” with the participation of prize-winning athletes and their coaches.

The Ministry of Sports Development is the coordinating body for the organization and holding of the exhibition.

The costs associated with the organization and holding of the exhibition will be covered by the Sports Support Fund, additional sources of local budgets, sponsorship of individuals and legal entities, as well as other sources not prohibited by law.
