The document set list of revealed free and unused state objects (1,333 objects) and programme of measures on their rational use and disposal, including concrete proposals on 127 objects.

The document created a working group on preparation of proposals on further rational use and disposal of free and unused state objects.

State Architecture and Construction Committee entrusted to inspect these objects and issue conclusions on possible their use by 1 December 2011.

The regional state bodies should submit proposals to the working commission on rational use of these objects by 1 January 2012. The group will consider proposals and submit governmental decision to the Uzbek Government by 1 February 2012.

The government ordered to destroy those objects, which cannot be used further. State Property Committee and Chamber of Commerce and Industry will create database of unused premises at Internet to inform businesses.
