The sides discussed issues of current insurance market of Uzbekistan, work in improving insurance legislation, implementation of laws on mandatory insurance products, the company noted.

It added the Uzbek side presented information on activity of Uzbekinvest in insurance and reinsurance of export-import operation, insurance of foreign investors’ property interests, commercial risks on trade contracts between Uzbekistan and foreign countries.

The sides agreed to cooperate and develop exchanges between companies in the context of expanding trade-economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and Japan.
