In 2012 the company made insurance payouts for 6.4 billion soums, which grew by 1.2 times compared to 2011.

Uzbekinvest said that it continued work on ensuring complex protection of property and personal interests of exporters and investors. Las year, the volume of rendered services to exporters and investors grew 1.3 times. The company provided insurance protection to 65 investment projects, included into investment programme of Uzbekistan.

The company said that it also pays attention to support of small and private businesses. In 2012, Uzbekistan increased collected insurance premiums 1.2 times in 2012 and the volume of insurance liabilities – 1.3 times.

In 2012, Uzbekinvest launched four new insurance products and modernized some 106 insurance products to meet demands of clients.

In order to ensure accessibility of insurance services in the regions, the company opened eight new insurance branches. Number of its territorial divisions made up 106 units as of 31 December 2012.

Number of insurance agents in the regions reached 1,043 units, which rose 1.5 times compared to 2011.
