The company signed 31,000 insurance agreements in January-March 2015. Total volume of insurance liabilities made up 14.1 trillion soums in January-March 2015, which rose by 61.3% year-on-year.

In the first quarter of 2015, Uzbekinvest made 2.9 billion soums of payouts, the company’s statement said.

Within 32 projects, including to the state investment programme, Uzbekinvest provided insurance coverage for total sum of 12.2 trillion soums in the first three months of 2015, which grew by 25% year-on-year.

In the reporting period, small and private businesses received insurance protection for over 209 billion soums. Uzbekinvest undertook insurance liabilities for 22 billion soums on insurance of export contracts of small companies, which rose by 98% year-on-year.

On mandatory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owner, the company received 1.03 billion soums of insurance premiums in the first quarter of 2015, which rose by 9% year-on-year. The volume of payouts made up 122 million soums.

The insurance company said that it collected insurance premiums for 1.03 billion soums on mandatory insurance of civil liability of employers. The growth rate made up 12%. The volume of payouts made up 0.9 billion soums.
