The association will modernize shops of Imano Group JV and Qoqon Poyafzali JSC, investing 600 million soums and 300 million soums respectively. The association will invest 210 million soums of own resources and attract 690 million soums of bank loans.

The programme also envisages creation of the Uzbek-Chinese joint venture on production of children footwear with the cost of 400 million soums. The venture will be created at the available premises of Imano Group JV and it will produce 100,000 pairs of footwear.

In the available premises of Imano Group JV, new joint venture on production of furniture will be also founded. The venture will produce 1,000 sets of furniture and the cost of the project is 120 million soums.

New capacities on production of leather products will be organized on the base of Florantik LLC with the cost of 700 million soums and free premises on Kunchi JSC. The production on the bases of Florantik LLC will produce 2.5 million square decimeters of leather products. The second enterprise will process 50 million square decimeters of leather products.

Total cost of these projects is 2.12 billion soums, of which 1.08 billion soums will be loan resources of commercial banks.
