Uzbekistan 30/11/2007 Uzbek upper house approves resolution on amnesty

The senators adopted the resolution "On amnesty on occasion of the fifteenth anniversary of the adoption of Constitution in Uzbekistan".

The resolution foresees the release of women, those who were under 18 when committing a crime, as well as who have reached the age of 60 to the time when the decree takes effect.
