Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- During a visit to Ashgabat, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov met with the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov, Dunyo news agency reported.
“We had a productive conversation with the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov about a wide range of issues on our bilateral agenda,” the head of the Uzbek Foreign Ministry wrote in his telegram channel.
“We noted the dynamic nature of the Uzbek-Turkmen partnership in many areas, reviewed upcoming contacts at the highest and highest levels, and signed a “Road Map” for the further development of cooperation between the Republic of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan for 2023–2024. We express our gratitude to Rashid Meredov and his team for the warm welcome in Ashgabat,” noted Bakhtiyor Saidov.
