The Centre for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered the prospectus of emission.

In line with the prospectus of emission, the bank will issue 6,609 ordinary shares with par value of 140,00 soums. Total volume of emission on par value will be 9.252 billion soums.

This emission of shares will be placed on close subscription among shareholders through replacement of shares with par value of 100,000 soums to new shares with par value of 140,000 soums.

The bank said that the part of the emission for 6.609 billion soums were paid, while other part for 2.643 billion soums will be paid due to net income of the bank for previous years.
