The seminar was organized in connection with adoption of the presidential resolution “On forecast of main macroeconomic figures and parameters of State Budget of Uzbekistan for 2016”.

According to the committee, the seminar takes place at UzExpoCenter. The event provides information on changes and amendments to tax legislation of Uzbekistan.

The participants familiarized with the changes in the tax policy of Uzbekistan in 2016. In particular, it was noted that single tax payment for microfirms and small businesses from 6% to 5%. It was underlined that this move will save some 58.4 billion soums to microfiems and small businesses.

The tax officers also provide information on other changes in tax policies of Uzbekistan, which were introduced from 2016, and preferences provided to business entities.
