The press service of the State Tax Committee said that the meeting was held to sum results of signed agreement between Uzbekistan and Jordan on avoiding double taxation and preventing evasion from payment of income taxes.

The agreement between Uzbekistan and Jordan on avoiding double taxation and preventing evasion from payment of income taxes was signed on 23 November 2010.

The document was signed in Amman, Jordan. Chairperson of State Tax Committee of Uzbekistan Botir Parpiev inked agreement on behalf of the Government of Uzbekistan.
