The tournament will be held in Tahiti from 18 to 28 September 2013. Sixteen strongest team of the world will participate at the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup.

FIFA invited Bakhtiyor Namazov to officiate the matches of the Bakhtiyor Namazov. He is the only FIFA referee on beach soccer in Uzbekistan.

In January 2013, Bakhtiyor Namazov officiated the AFC Beach Soccer Championship, which was held in Qatar.
