The chairman of the 9th district election commission in Sirdaryo, S. Qudratov, opened the meeting. A representative of the presidential candidate - an employee of the Hilol NGO, Dilfuza Rimbayeva, - briefed the meeting on the candidate’s biography and platform.

The Uzbek presidential candidate, Akmal Saidov, made a speech at the meeting.
