President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov visited the embassy of Russian Federation in Uzbekistan on 25 April.

Uzbek president expressed deep condolences to the Russian people and government on the death of the first president of Russia Boris Yeltsin.

President Karimov wrote words of condolences in the condolences book at the embassy.

During the talk with ambassador of Russian Farit Mukhametshin, Islam Karimov said Uzbekistan shares Russia’s sorrow, the press service of the Uzbek president said.
