Uzbek President to pay visit to Japan on 8-10 February
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov and his spouse Mrs. Tatyana Karimova will pay an official working visit to Japan from 8 February to 10 February 2011.
During their stay in Japan, the President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov will make a State Call on Their Majesties the Emperor and Empress of Japan. His Majesties the Emperor and Empress will host a Court Luncheon in honor of the President Mr. Islam Karimov and Mrs. Karimova.
Mr. Naoto Kan, Prime Minister of Japan will hold a meeting with the President Mr. Islam Karimov.
The Government of Japan sincerely welcomes the visit of the President Mr. Islam Karimov, which will further strengthen the friendly relations between Japan and the Republic of Uzbekistan.
