Uzbek leader said that the Justice Ministry is that unit, which considers relevance of decisions of other controlling bodies.

He said that the there are people in prosecutors’ office, who themselves violate legislation and in this case Justice Ministry should be that body, which should restore justice.

Uzbek President Islam Karimov said it is necessary to prepare and adopt legislative act, envisaging establishment of legal mechanisms as example of democratic states and determining role of the justice bodies in carrying out control over adherence to legislation, rule of law in the activity of the state bodies, low enforcement bodies, including prosecutors.

President added that increasing authority of justice bodies, their role in conducting single state policy on lawmaking, law enforcement, will allow create effective mechanism of counterweight in law enforcement and controlling bodies, which will ensure rule of law in their activity.
