According to the press service of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan, Shohruh Shoahmedov was appointed to the post of the Deputy Chairperson of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan.

Prior to appointment, he worked as head of Main department of Central Bank in Tashkent city.

Shohruh Shoahmedov started his career in the banking system in 2004 from the position of an ordinary employee of the National Bank of Uzbekistan for Foreign Economic Activities. During his career, he also served as Deputy Board of Ipoteka Bank.
