The document said it is directed to strengthen control over production and realization of consumer goods and ensuring security to life and health of population.

The resolution said starting from 1 January 2010, only legal entities can produce edible oil, children products, margarine and mayonnaise products, sweets and chocolate (except national sweets), mineral water, juices and other soft drinks.

The document said producers of hygienic products, construction materials (except the materials produced manually, hand tools and small equipment), furniture (except furniture, produced by handicraftsmen and decorative furniture), industrial processing of polyethylene and production of ready products from them, production, copying, realization of video products should be legal entities.

The resolution also set list of documents, necessary to obtain license for production, copying, realization of video products.
