Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The committee of status and transfer of player and Discipline Committee of Uzbekistan Football Association suspended football player Aziz Turgunbaev.

Aziz Turgunbaev was suspended from football till 9 July 2019 as he signed contracts with two clubs – Pakhtakor and Namangan. He also filed complaint against Navbahor, claiming that Namangan-based club pressured him to stay in the club. Later, he stated that he wants to abolish contract with Pakhtakor.

The committee also suspended former Navbakhor coach Ilhom Muminjonov, sporting director of Pakhtakor Jafar Irismetov, Navbakhor Vice-President Shamshod Sarikov, director-general Navbakhor Rasul Akramov from six to 12 months in connection with this case.
