Uzbek Leasing International to place shares for 3.98bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbek Leasing International A.O. registered a prospectus of emission of shares for over 3.984 billion soums.

Within the emission, the leasing company will place 2,633,522 ordinary shares with par value of 1,513 soums each. Total sum of the issue makes up over 3.984 billion soums.

The shares within the issue will be placed on closed subscription.
