According to the decision of the shareholders, the leasing company will direct 134.049 million soums to form reserve fund and 846 million soums to payment of dividends.

The size of the dividend per share makes up 141,000 soums. National Bank of Uzbekistan for Foreign Economic Activity (NBU) will receive 296.1 million soums as dividends.

Leasing company will pay 296 million soums to Maybank (Malaysia) and 253 million soums – Uzbek-Oman Investment Company.

The company kept 1.58 billion soums of net income as undistributed, the statement of the company said.

Uzbek Leasing international A.O. was founded in line with the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan from 5 January 2010.

Shareholders of the company are National Bank for Foreign Economic Relations of Uzbekistan (35% or 2,100 ordinary shares), Maybank of Malaysia (35% or 2,100 ordinary shares), Uzbek-Oman Investment Company (30% or 1,800 ordinary shares).
