Uzbek Leasing International A.O. registers shares for 5.129bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbek Leasing International A.O. registered a prospectus of emission of shares for 5.129 billion soums.

The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered the prospectus of emission of leasing company on 5 December 2014.

Within the emission, the insurance company will place 3.39 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,513 soums each. Total volume of the issue is 5.129 billion soums.
