The Center for coordinating and controlling securities market of Uzbekistan registered the prospectus of emission of the company.

Within the emission, the company registered 6,000 ordinary shares with par value of 854,845 soums each. Total volume of emission makes up 5.129 billion soums.

Shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders through replacement of old shares to new ones.

The difference between par value of old and new shares at the size of 4.91 billion soums will be paid due to net income of previous years.

Uzbek Leasing international A.O. was founded in line with the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan from 5 January 2010. Shareholders of the company are National Bank for Foreign Economic Relations of Uzbekistan (35%), Maybank of Malaysia (35%), EBRD (15%) and International Finance Corporation (15%).
