In his letter to the Russian President Dmitriy Medvedev, said: “With deep mourn conceived information on roar fires in several relations of the Russian Federation, which result in human victims, devastate settlements and forest areas, cause great damage to the government.”

The letter reads: “I ask you to deliver my frank condolences to relatives and friends of dead and sympathy to all victims in the result of this natural disaster.”
