Uzbek leader approves agreement on avoidance of double-taxation with Bahrain
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Uzbek President Islam Karimov approved on 9 July an agreement on avoidance of double-taxation and prevention of evasion of payment of tax on income and property between Uzbekistan and Bahrain.
The Uzbek leader signed a corresponding resolution to approve the document, which was signed in Tashkent on 5 June 2009 during the visit of Bahraini Minister of Finance Sheik Haled Bin Ahmad Bin Mohammed Al Khalifa to Uzbekistan.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs was entrusted to inform Bahrain on implementation of all inter-state procedures by Uzbekistan to ensure that the agreement enter into force.
