Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 14 November, the Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan Laziz Kudratov held negotiations with the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in Baku.

The parties noted the positive dynamics of bilateral multifaceted cooperation in the areas of investment interaction, industrial cooperation and mutual trade.

The parties also emphasized the great opportunities for increasing partnership in the field of energy, production of high-tech products, textile industry and mechanical engineering.

Representatives of Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan supported proposals to prepare cooperation programs for the medium and long term, to hold a forum of regions and a meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.
