The duties were set in line with the governmental resolution “On measures on further improving activity of the design-research organizations of the republic”.

In line with the document, the state duties for issuing licenses to carry out activity on developing architecture- town-planning documentations will enter into force on 1 April 2010.

In line with the resolution, the size of the state duty on documentation for monument rehabilitation will set at 20- size of minimal salary.

The duty for designing section “Bases and foundation of objects”, designing section “Construction of metallic objects”, and designing section “Construction of reinforced concrete objects” makes up 40-size of minimal salary.

Duty for design estimates of capital and current repair works of objects established at 50-size of minimal salary. The same size set for reviewing technical conditions of objects and preparation of competition (tender) documents for purchase of goods, services and works.
