New center will help to train skilled specialists in architecture and construction sphere based on requirements of German and Uzbek educational standards. The center will train specialists in such areas as preserving buildings and protecting architecture monuments.
It is also planned that the center will publish various books on German teaching methods and experience of German universities, and conduct joint research work, etc.
Within the study, students will familiarize with European technologies and methods of planning. The students will study two years and receive Masters’ degree from Potsdam specialized institute.
The project is implemented at financial assistance of German Fund Volkswagen with participation of Tashkent Architecture and Constriction Institute and Samarkand State Architecture and Constriction Institute, as well as four German universities - University of Bamberg, Technical University of Dresden, Postdam Specialized University and Bauhaus University Weimar.
The students will study in Uzbekistan in the first, third and fourth semesters, and in Germany in the second semester. Lessons are conducted in German.
