The event was attended by representatives of official departments and the public of France, the heads of diplomatic missions accredited in Paris, the press service of the State Tourism Committee of Uzbekistan said.
The delegation of Uzbekistan included representatives of the State Committee for Tourism Development of Uzbekistan, the Embassy of Uzbekistan in France and Uzbekiston Havo Yollari. Together they presented Uzbek national cuisine.
Residents and guests of the French capital had an opportunity to appreciate the culinary art of the people of Uzbekistan and learn the unique and unforgettable taste of national dishes. In particular, the guests of the festival had an opportunity to taste Uzbek pilaf. Also in the framework of the festival a culinary master class was held.
At the national stand of Uzbekistan, the tourism opportunities and potential of Uzbekistan were widely represented, including in the direction of gastronomic tourism.
