The document was signed within the recent visit of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdulaziz Kamilov to France (on 16 October 2012).

The institutions will establish active cooperation in raising skills of public servants and in modernization of public governance.

Embassy said that French model of public construction and public service attracted interest of Uzbekistan. The sides are planning to hold first joint event in January 2013.
