Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 12 July 2023, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov held talks with the US Ambassador to Uzbekistan Jonathan Hanik.

The parties discussed topical issues of dynamically developing relations, the implementation of joint programs, prospects for intensifying political dialogue, trade and investment ties, cultural, humanitarian and tourist exchanges.

“We had a meeting with the US Ambassador to Uzbekistan Jonathan Hanick. We considered a number of areas of multifaceted cooperation between Uzbekistan and the United States, the Uzbek Foreign Minister wrote in his telegram channel. 

“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan highly appreciates the readiness of the US Embassy in Tashkent to support the reforms carried out under the leadership of the President of our country aimed at the prosperity and sustainable development of Uzbekistan,” he added.
