Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov met with Alexander Zuev, UN Assistant Secretary-General for Rule of Law and Security Institutions.

The parties discussed proposals for developing relations between Uzbekistan and the UN in a number of areas - from the fight against corruption to maintaining long-term peace and stability in the region.

“We express our gratitude to the UN family for its constant support of the comprehensive reform program of Uzbekistan,” noted the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.
