Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov met with Executive Deputy Chairman of the European Commission Valdis Dombrovskis.
“We are pleased to meet with Executive Deputy President of the European Commission Valdis Dombrovskis. We emphasized the broad agenda of the ever-expanding partnership between Uzbekistan and the EU, especially in the economic dimension,” the head of the Uzbek Foreign Ministry noted on his Telegram channel.
“Further development of bilateral trade, increasing our country’s exports to the European market, supporting Uzbekistan’s accession to the WTO and cooperation in the field of critical raw materials became the main topics of our discussion. We also signed a Financial Agreement for the implementation of a project in agriculture,” wrote Bakhtiyor Saidov.
