The chairman of the 8th district election commission in Samarqand, A. Umarov, opened the meeting. A representative of the Uzbek presidential candidate - the first secretary of the Jomboy district council of the Adolat Social Democratic Party of Uzbekistan, Gulbahor Muqaddasova, - briefed the meeting on the candidate’s biography and platform.

The Uzbek presidential candidate, Dilorom Toshmuhammadova, made a speech at the meeting.
