Mr. Murad Askarov, Permanent Representative of Uzbekistan at the United Nations, stated that he shares concern of experts on repeat of global recession and called to refuse to solve problems in global economy through “printing money and pump financial market with additional financial liquidity”.
The US envoy said that current forum of high level attracted representatives of almost all states of the world to discuss modern state of global economy, which still experience consequences of recent global financial-economic crisis, which created economic, financial and social problems for all countries. He said that these also created political consequences.
Murad Askarov expressed his concern that processes in global markets can negatively impact export opportunities of Uzbekistan.
He noted that Uzbekistan achieved food and energy independence. He said currently Uzbekistan full satisfies with food, fuel and electricity. He said that Uzbekistan is the country with low ratio of foreign debt to GDP and to exports.
