Uzbek, Dutch universities to cooperate in training staff
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
A delegation of Tashkent State Economy University completed a trip to the University of Fontis, the Netherlands. During the visit, the Uzbek delegation held negotiations with the Dutch counterparts on cooperation in realization of joint projects on students, teachers and specialists exchange in international business and marketing.
On the result of the talks, the universities signed an agreement on cooperation in preparation of Bachelors with mutual acknowledgement of diplomas.
The agreement envisages to direct a group of Uzbek students, after they complete the third course, to the University of Fontis to continue their education within a year and internship for 1-2 years. The sides will also hold joint marketing research of consumer markets.
The Uzbek delegation also familiarized with education and internship system at the University of Fontis, as well as visited large Dutch companies, Jahon news agency reported.
