Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 5 January 2024, Deputy Foreign Minister Rakhmatulla Nurimbetov held separate meetings with the Ambassadors of Belarus Leonid Marinich, Shadurdy Meredov of Turkmenistan, and Mikola Doroshenko of Ukraine.

At the negotiations, the sides discussed prospects for the further development of cooperation between Uzbekistan and these countries in the areas of politics and diplomacy, trade and investment, transport and logistics, culture and tourism, as well as interaction within international organizations.

Particular attention was paid to strengthening interparliamentary and interregional contacts.

The parties also exchanged views on the schedule and organizational aspects of joint events planned for the current year at various levels.
