Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bobur Usmanov met with the Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), Kubanychbek Omuraliev, in Istanbul, the Dunyo news agency reports.

The talks took place as part of the regular meeting of deputy foreign ministers of OTS member states.

During the meeting, the parties discussed key issues related to expanding multilateral cooperation within the organization, emphasizing the importance of enhancing practical engagement in priority areas. They also highlighted the need to improve the effectiveness of OTS-affiliated structures.

Special attention was given to the implementation of initiatives and proposals put forward by the President of Uzbekistan at the organization’s summits.
