The Chinese company and Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trade of Uzbekistan, to structure of which enters the Uzbek company, signed a memorandum on creation of the joint venture on spot sales of the Uzbek cotton through free trade zone in Tianjin.

CEO and General Manager of Tianjin Cotton Exchange Market B Yu Juan said that the joint venture plans to start to trade the Uzbek cotton through electronic trade platform by the end of 2010.

She added that the sides are planning to realized up to 100,000 tonnes of cotton-fiber from Uzbekistan to China annually.
