Total volume of issued securities comprised over 4.13 billion units. The depository said 1,246 joint stock companies of total 1,789 were founded on the base of state enterprises. Their authorized capital comprises 3.193 trillion soums. The depository registered 2.12 billion shares of these companies.

Number of joint-stock companies founded voluntarily made up 407 and their charter capital made up 1.668 trillion soums. They issued over 1.986 billion shares.

Central Depository registered shares of 31 commercial banks with the charter capital of 1.083 trillion soums and number of issued shares comprised 1.696 billion soums. It also registered seven investment funds with the authorized capital of 621.9 million soums and the number of realized stocks comprises 5.3 million.

The depository also registered 66 enterprises of consumer cooperatives with 4.6 million shares and charter capital of 2.469 billion soums. During the work, about 20.6 million shares of 55 dehkan and cloth markets were issued and recorded with the Central Depository. Total sum of their charter capital made up 37.596 billion soums.

Seven joint-stock companies with the charter capital of 15.35 billion soums issued 0.3 million shares and bonds. Number of enterprises, which issued only bonds, comprised 12. The sum of their charter capital of these enterprises reached 4.853 billion soums and the number of issued bonds - 0.9 million.
