Uzbek communication committee, NIPA hold negotiations

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The leadership of the State Committee of Communication, information and telecommunication technologies held a meeting with the President of National Agency for the Promotion of Information Technologies of the Republic of Korea (NIPA) Sooyong Park on 27 February 2014.

During the meeting, the sides underlined close cooperation between the Uzbek committee and NIPA, which is carried out in line with the memorandum, signed between two bodies in 2012.

The sides discussed perspectives of development cooperation on development of software industry, development of software products, etc.

It was said that expansion of cooperation between Uzbekistan and South Korea in development of software will help to develop software industry to international standards and develop e-government in Uzbekistan.
