Uzbek Boxers Claim Dominant Wins in Manchester

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbek fighters Bakhodir Jalolov and Javokhir Ummataliev delivered dominant performances at a professional boxing event in Manchester, both securing early victories over their opponents.

Two-time Olympic champion Jalolov faced Croatian boxer Agron Smakici and won by technical knockout in the eighth round. The victory further strengthened the Uzbek heavyweight’s position among the leading contenders in the professional heavyweight division.

In another bout, world champion Ummataliev took on Polish fighter Damian Drabik. The contest ended in the second round after the Uzbek boxer scored a knockout victory, leaving his opponent unable to continue.
